Quite a few Las Vegas properties are now permitted to let in 100% of their visitor occupancy. Social distancing and masks are still required at nearly all casinos. This is the list of places at 100% occupancy now:

- Boulder Station
- Red Rock Resort
- Green Valley Ranch
Since May 1 all Nevada casinos have been permitted to go to 80% occupancy. Some casinos got permission from the state Gaming Control Board to avoid occupancy restrictions altogether. Sometimes this was due to measures taken by the casino to vaccinate staff, and other reasons. The Cosmopolitan was granted waiver of restrictions, when they announced that 80% of their workers were vaccinated, with vaccination cards to show for it. They’d begun a campaign in April to achieve this mark, with incentives to employees including cash bonuses. Oddly, the Nevada Gaming Control Board has also lifted social distancing restrictions as well inside this casino.
Since May 1st all casinos have been permitted to host 80% occupancy.
